How to report content you own that is being distributed through a HypeLoves page, and how an artist can respond.

HypeLoves is a tool artists use to host their own files and pages. We do not review uploads in advance. When a rights holder tells us something infringes, we act on it.
A large share of the music on this platform is remixes and edits. Being a remix does not make it lawful: unless the rights holders permitted it, distributing it infringes their rights, and a takedown notice will be honoured.
2. Sending a takedown notice
E-mail [[email protected]] with the following. A notice missing any of it may be delayed while we ask for the rest.
- The work you own, identified clearly (title, artist, ISRC or a link to the original).
- The exact hypeloves.com URL or URLs you want removed.
- Your name, address, e-mail and telephone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We aim to act within a few business days. We remove or disable the content and notify the artist who posted it, passing on your notice.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you hold the rights, reply to [[email protected]] with:
- The content removed and the URL it was at.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Istanbul, Türkiye].
- Your signature.
We forward valid counter-notices to the complainant. If they do not pursue the matter, we may restore the content.
4. Repeat infringement
Accounts that attract repeated substantiated notices are closed. We keep a record of notices for that purpose.
5. False notices
Knowingly claiming rights you do not hold in order to have content removed exposes you to liability for the other side's costs and damages. Please be sure before you send.
